ISCE 2023 is now open for symposia proposals. In keeping with the theme of the conference Chemical Ecology in the Anthropocene symposia should be largely but not exclusively restricted to this research focus. All areas of topical concern and interest in the field of chemical ecology and that cover terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems are welcome.
All talks are for 15 minutes, and all Symposia for a maximum of 120 minutes and a minimum of 90 minutes. Two talks may be combined for a keynote address.
Proposals for Symposia must be submitted by 26 January 2023
Symposia could be of two types:
Type 1- Symposium proposed by one or more researchers who have a list of speakers that are likely to participate. In this case, the symposium should outline the topic and provide names of the speakers. It is preferable that the speakers represent a diversity of career stages, geographical area and also be gender balanced.
Type 2- Symposium proposed by one or more researchers who do not have a list of speakers already identified. In this case, the proposer(s) should justify very strongly why the topic is of general interest and will attract researchers to choose this symposium to present their work.
